They did an excellent job in replacing screen saver

The agents came in and very upbeat and helpful. We don't wear shoes in our house and they put on footies, so they respected our house rules. They were very knowledgeable about the TV we purchased and they also spent about 1 hour going over all the functions on the remotes and all the channels . They also help us set up the color and the sound and they also cleaned up the trash and took all of the boxes from our property.

I’m just giving 3 stars because I think it was poor business to make me pay for the installation of the screen protector that I bought from Best Buy. I even have the membership and it still wasn’t offered as a perk.

when you don't trust your own skills. It's a great service and reasonably priced and you know you are in good hands. Mine was only for a phone screen protector but I know if I did it myself, I would have found a way to mess it up. And after spending alot on a phone, you just want it to look as nice as possible for as long as possible.

This was a replacement for the one I got when I bought my phone. It obviously protected the phone, since only the shield cracked. And since it was a warranty item, it didn't cost much to get the replacement.
