    All of the geek squad were great. They were very professional and took extra time to explain all options. Our only compliant was Besr Buy auto scheduling system. It was incorrect on timing of the geek squad arrivals.

    The agents at Best Buy helped me to install my new ZAGG screen protector for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. They did an excellent job, the screen protector was perfectly aligned, bubble free, and professionally installed. I have used this service for (4) different phones now, and I would recommend letting the Geek Squad pros install your next screen protector.

    when you don't trust your own skills. It's a great service and reasonably priced and you know you are in good hands. Mine was only for a phone screen protector but I know if I did it myself, I would have found a way to mess it up. And after spending alot on a phone, you just want it to look as nice as possible for as long as possible.

    I just got this installed and then somehow within the month it is cracked again. I feel it protects my screen but it is my third one in a year and if they were readily available I probably would have gone through more. The service is fair as it does not always have my product for my phone available.
