Paid to have Geek Squad put on this protector on my fathers Xr. Seemed pricey at the time, but they did a great job and it was hassle free for me. I do know that they messed up the first attempt, as I saw the rep have to go get another screen protector. If I screwed up the initial install, I would have had to purchase anther screen protector $$. So in hind site, the 8 bucks we paid for the convenience was well worth it.

Works good. Have already had the lifetime warranty used. A little tricky to have the a Best Buy employee help getting it on my phone properly.

The techs were attentive to my needs and suggest multiple options of different products. The wait was not long and easy to complete my purchase and installation

Geek Squad has endless support and I'm happy that Best Buy offers this service plan to aid those of us that need that added support of help when life just lifes with technology challanges.

install people did a great job!! I'm super picky about things being even, especially things like screen protectors not being crooked or placed too far to one side, and I can't find anything to complain about :)

Very please with the way they helped me on purchasing my new phone! They also helped me with any concerns I have with my Mac book. They explained clearly what to do if the promblems with the Mac book happened again.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of installing a Zagg screen protector on my phone. There were no bubbles and the edges are smooth. You really cannot see that is on the phone without looking very closely. They were also very courteous. Best news: when the Geek Squad installs a Zagg screen protector, they back Zagg’s warranty and install a new one at no charge.

The techs at Best Buy are super to work with and I love this item. Unfortunately not all Best Buys honor the warranty on this item even though it has a lifetime warranty.

Agent made sure the mobile phone screen protector was installed properly. It was perfectly aligned with no bubbles. Excellent service.

I installed the Precinct Mobile Shield myself. I ordered it online along with my new phone. The install was easy; but I notice sometimes my apps don't respond when I touch them. It gets frustrating at times. Not sure if it's the shield or the phone.

Employees were very helful and polite, would recommend and go back to this store again.

This screen protector last me awhile. I dropped my phone lots of times and it still looks new. I think I may stick to buying this protector from now on. This is only my second time purchasing the same one. Also, I never put mines on alone. I pay for a Best Buy employee to do it for me. It makes things so much easier.

Best Buy’s installed screen protectors on a couple of my phones. They always do an awesome job. I’d pay the money to let the professionals do it. It just makes it easier on yourself.

i didn't know there was so much care that someone could give to installing a screen protector. the steps to clean the screen and squeeze out bubbles was more than i would have done. the result was a factory install look to my phone. don't try this at home folks, leave it to the professionals who have done it many times before. why learn on your device when someone already knows how to do it right?

Was told it woukd take 1.5 hes to set my phone up, after i pd. For the service was told i would have to come back. Amazing they did it in 30 min. Begote the store closed

I purchased this phone shield for my grand son's phone , & paid extra for them to put it on for us. It's been a great investment , because I don't care who u are , sooner or later everyone accidentally drops their phones . It's saved his screen nicely . Love this purchase
