I have been using them for all my phones screen protector. Takes about 10-20 min and they install it right in front of u. They also provide warranty against any future install on the same phone in case the broken or ripped. Infect Zagg provides lifetime warranty against any ripped protector.

As always I just pay for the team member to install the screen. I figure it’s a cost of the item that I feel is fairly valued. I also appreciate the assurance that a misapplication means a new protector is pulled from the shelf immediately.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 in for what appeared to be a crash. I had what I thought was an expensive brick! Although I did not have an appointment, there were few customers. I ALWAYS have Best Buy set up my new phone with screen guard etc. If you have a problem you just walk back in and it is taken care of at little/no cost.

For the $8 installation fee, I can bring my cracked cover to any Best Buy and have it replaced for free! Any Best Buy Store! They look it up on my acct and then it's free!

This service is fantastic! $8 for lifetime free replacement of my glass screen protector. They replace and INSTALL it for you, no questions asked. This is great because glass is most protective in my opinion, but prone to cracking. Now I have no worries about that!
