I got their glass screen protector and didn't want to break it myself installing it. At least I know if they break it on the install I get a new one free of charge. The installation took way longer than it needed to honestly, but the glass protector was placed flawlessly. No bubbles and perfectly centered.

The employee installed the screen protector on my phone. I know from personal experience that I am incapable of such a feat. He made it seem so easy, when I know it's anything but. Totally worth the $8 fee!

What would I do without Geek Squad? They took the data from two old computers and two laptops and put it on one passport drive that I can access on my new laptop, gave me the drives and recycled the old machines. They were there by phone to unfreeze my new laptop after an installation problem and stayed with me until they were sure my problems were solved.
