Even though my husband and I have bought several things in the past from Best Buy, this is the first time we got Geek Squad. I wish we did it sooner. We got an automatic starter for our new car and by having the squad we saved $100 on the starter. Plus, since I have a laptop, we got a virus software for free. Plus, whatever we may need in the future. We'll worth the money!

I'm so happy I have Geek Squad protection; I simply would NOT be without it. When I bought my new phone, I also bought a cover and screen protector. The one time that I tried putting the screen protector on myself, it was a disaster. This time, I had the Best Buy staff do it, and it was great...very professional and looks perfect!

I'm a subscriber in the Geek Squad Protection Plan. I find their assistance well worth the cost. I have never been disappointed with whatever service they have provided me and with the quality of their work.

Unfortunately for this item, the employee used the wrong shield. I have to go back a get the correct one installed.

I bought a new phone and the BB salesman suggested the Zagg glass screen protector. He said he would install it for 7.95 or I could do it myself. Well, in the past I tried it once and I saw bubbles and dust. If I was going to pay 25.00 for a screen protector may as well pay them to put it on. So 123 the guy had it on - perfect and he had it done in less than 3 minutes

These are some of the best techs around! I like the idea that they know a lot about computers and they're able to take their time and do the job right! Definitely an excellent investment

No bubbles, no lint and perfectly aligned. She was very friendly and helpful and I even believe she loves her job and enjoys the work. Nice to see good work ethic in the younger generations.
