Our textshield for our son's phoreally helped with protecting his phone from the screen getting cracked. Best Buy techs installed it and gave us piece of mind that the phone was better protected.

The install of the screen protector was fast and professional.

It took 3 tries to get the screen protector installed correctly but they took their time to do it right, until I was happy with it. It does help with them having access to the stores stock if they mess up the installation, they just go get another one and it did seem rather difficult to install this particular zagg visionguard hybrid screen protector so I'm glad I paid for this service to keep from doing it myself and having to send off for a replacement. Plus if they damaged anything it would be covered!

The agent put the screen saver on for me. I couldn't do it as well. With no bubbles and now I know my cellphone is protected from dropping it.

These people put on screen protectors like no one’s business. Wish I had the skills to do it, but alas, I do not. I don’t mind paying for them to do it, in less than 8 minutes no less.

For $8, the Geek Squad installed my temperated glass screen protector on my Pixel 4a. This guarantees it is warrantied against misapplication and they will reapply if the Zagg protector fails. I don't like paying the $8 to have them do it, but since they do them multiple times per day you are paying for their experience. I would recommend this to others.

The Geek Squad is GREAT!!! They have fixed multiple issues on my devices, downloaded all of my data from old computer to my new one. Tuned up my old one making it like new again, and they are very knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and talented and understand computers and phones.

The rep took her time to ensure that she placed the protective film on my phone she went over it again and again to make sure it was tightly secured on. The protector seems to be holding up pretty good. It hasn't peeled and no particles have gotten under it like my last one.

It is smoothand clear. It has a lifetime exchange/ protection. The only thing i don't like is it doesn't cover the entire screen. It has a small couple cm gap at the bottom of the screenand bezel
