I am thrilled that I installed this shield on my new cell phone. I was a bit worried about maybe bubbles or something as I have installed my own in the past. Not in this case.. the installer did an awesome job and I can hardly tell it is there and no bubbles, lint or anything showing under the shield. Great protection also!

I have had Best Buy install/apply all of my Zagg shields that I have purchased from them. They have always done a wonderful job. When I need a replacement as they have a lifetime guarantee. I go back and have it done by then, again.

In store service was very good and extremely helpful picking the right phone for our use. As soon as we walked in someone was letting us know that they would be right there. Very Friendly, courteous and with a smile.

The employees are always very attentive, but at Christmas time they need to hire more since they do not give enough. Another thing, they should make online shopping available in Puerto Rico.

Appreciate this service. It would have taken me to long to try to figure it out and place it properly, and it would have made me nervous. The product is so far so good. It makes me feel way more secure having it on, with the price of the phone. I plan on purchasing another for my family. The only better thing would be installing placement for free with purchase since they are a little pricey. Thank you

Had a successful 20 minute appointment with my Geek tech. It took the whole time to figure out why my Mac would not charge. Once he figured it out, he searched high and low until he found the correct adaptor and cord to fit!

Took awhile before I finally got seen to have my cell phone screen protector applied by Geek Squad. Was a tad bit annoying since I had already waited in line to buy the items, so having to wait in a line twice wasn't ideal. But once finally seen they applied the screen protector nicely and it was nice to not worry about messing up the application process and having to buy another.

Paid to have Geek Squad put on this protector on my fathers Xr. Seemed pricey at the time, but they did a great job and it was hassle free for me. I do know that they messed up the first attempt, as I saw the rep have to go get another screen protector. If I screwed up the initial install, I would have had to purchase anther screen protector $$. So in hind site, the 8 bucks we paid for the convenience was well worth it.

Best Buy Geek Squad is awesome! Always ready to help and would highly recommend them.
