Got my screen protector installed quickly, and great service at the store.

As always I just pay for the team member to install the screen. I figure it’s a cost of the item that I feel is fairly valued. I also appreciate the assurance that a misapplication means a new protector is pulled from the shelf immediately.

Staff were super nice and helpful and I was able to get in and out very quickly and easily! product was installed efficiently and with quality service.

For $8, the Geek Squad installed my temperated glass screen protector on my Pixel 4a. This guarantees it is warrantied against misapplication and they will reapply if the Zagg protector fails. I don't like paying the $8 to have them do it, but since they do them multiple times per day you are paying for their experience. I would recommend this to others.

I was able to get the Zagg screen installed on my new S8 the day of purchase after a relatively reasonable wait. The Geek was courteous but when he brought my phone back to me I noticed that the screen shield was not firmly attached at the bottom of the screen. He propltly took the phone back to the work area and was able to get it sealed better. By theime I got it hoe it was loose again and would make little clickilng sounds (the adhesive tough the phone screen then detatching). I kpet pressing to try to work it out and it did improve but never went away completely. After something like 3-6 weeks the screen started to fall off occasionally. If I recall correctly Geek Squad only covers this for 14 days. That said - not thrilled with the experience but the phone is an S8 which has the curved edge on the sides of the screen and this could be part of the culprit, though the failure to seal was at the bottom, not on the sides. That being said the value of having Geek Squad install a screen like this is minimized by the 14 day window - even 30 days inadequate. I would only suggest having them install it if, like me in this case, you have never done it your self and just want the peace of mind that you won't break it or mess up your phone screen with some silly mistake. Seeing it done - there's not much too it. When I get a replacement, and I will have to because it eventually fell off outdoors where the inside of the screen picked up tiny debris and removing it resulted in fingerprints and smears on the inside of the screen, I will apply the screen myself.

In store service was very helpful i didnt even have time to have the expert take the time to install it for me i was overall satisfied

Geek Squad has endless support and I'm happy that Best Buy offers this service plan to aid those of us that need that added support of help when life just lifes with technology challanges.

To be completely honest, I have no idea what this product really is. I would be happy to learn about what we got along with my daughters new iPhone. I would appreciate an email from Best Buy explaining what this is and how to use it. Sometimes all this new technology is moving way too fast for my generation... Thank you!

I do not trust myself when it comes to adding screen protectors to my phones. I always go to Best Buy and have them do it. Never had a problem and they are always willing to help. Highly recommended you get this service as you do not have to go through the brand name site to get a replacement, best buy does it in store for free after paying the initial fee. Highly recommended.

The store manager and associate were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and make sure I had all I needed.

Absolutely worth the cost! No bubbles and quick service

I installed the Precinct Mobile Shield myself. I ordered it online along with my new phone. The install was easy; but I notice sometimes my apps don't respond when I touch them. It gets frustrating at times. Not sure if it's the shield or the phone.
