The techs at Best Buy are super to work with and I love this item. Unfortunately not all Best Buys honor the warranty on this item even though it has a lifetime warranty.

The Geek Squad is GREAT!!! They have fixed multiple issues on my devices, downloaded all of my data from old computer to my new one. Tuned up my old one making it like new again, and they are very knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and talented and understand computers and phones.

The agents put the screen protector of my new phone really quick and it looked perfect once it wss on my phone, excellent service...

Great service and installation from the Geek Squad

The rep took her time to ensure that she placed the protective film on my phone she went over it again and again to make sure it was tightly secured on. The protector seems to be holding up pretty good. It hasn't peeled and no particles have gotten under it like my last one.

I've always had Geek Squad install all my screen protectors, on all my devices! Always perfectly done, fast, and professional! Never any air bubbles, or lifted corners. Multiple times they've been more unhappy with the install then me and have literally grabbed a brand new screen protector off the shelf and redone it and NO cost to me!!! Always friendly and fast service!
