Geek squad was helpful in putting my new screen protector on my new phone, even though I was a walk in!

After buying this product you should have the Best Buy employee install it on your phone. By doing this, the product is warrantied and if there are any problems (phone screen cracks, the shield wears away) it qualifies for a free replacement.

I would give her a 10 if I could. Very patient and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to call again. I was called before she arrived between the designated time. I had a ring doorbell wired and it took a very long time to boot up. She was very patient and helpful thru the process.

I love Best Buy I think Best Buy is the best store to get whatever you want and being able to see other peoples reviews and also the prices are great. My only bad thing I would have to say that sometimes some employees are not as friendly or as useful as others

Fast & friendly installation of my screen protector. Installing screen protectors is not my favorite thing so I’m glad that this service is offered. The installer found flaws in the glass of the first two protectors and he preserved and the third time was the charm!

Expensive watch so I felt it needed a screen protector didn't want to screw it up so I had the tech there at the store do it. fast amazing accurate phenomenal job trust them they do good work they do these things all day every day so they're very good at it.

I absolutely love this service. I’ve had at least 2 glass screens replaced on 2 different phones and each time it’s done quickly and they clearly have done it several times because it was done neatly. No bubbles and they lined it up perfectly. I would recommend this service 10 times out of 10.

I am SUPER picky about applying my screen protectors. They have to be perfect or it drives me crazy. I decided to let the Geek Squad do my last installation and WOW. The first screen protector had a bubble that they couldn’t remove, so they went and grabbed another one off the shelf and tried again. The screen protector was installed PERFECTLY. I am super impressed!

If you have never done it before, just pay and let them do it. Why??? because if they do it and something goes wrong, they will take care of it for you! I did it myself and it left a lot of bubbles underneath, which made the glass come off .
