Was told it woukd take 1.5 hes to set my phone up, after i pd. For the service was told i would have to come back. Amazing they did it in 30 min. Begote the store closed

I buy all my screen protectors from Best Buy and have the Geek Squad install it. For me it’s too much money to spend if I mess it up. Plus you pay this one time fee and with their free replacement plan I can replace my cracked protector, have geek squad install again all for free! Best Buy know how to kick it up a notch for customers.

The agent put the screen saver on for me. I couldn't do it as well. With no bubbles and now I know my cellphone is protected from dropping it.

I am so thankful that Best Buy has the GEEK SQUAD IN THEIR STORE. After lightening froze my Apple Computer they were able to fix it and they even updated it . WONDERFUL Just can not say enough GOOD praise for the GEEK SQUAD. THANKS TO ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE !!!!!

The installation service was great and they did take the full time they said they would to put it on. The screen protector was placed perfectly with no bubbles. Unfortunately the screen protector itself was subpar so even after it was applied on my Apple Watch by a professional, the protector itself was unresponsive to touch. What a waste of an installation charge.

Best Buy associate was very helpful in installing the protective shield on the phone. He went above and beyond with the entire purchase of the protective shield, iPhone 13 Pro Max, sim swap, data transfer, and new cases. Great in-store customer service! Geek squad is AMAZING!

I had asked the Geek Squad people if they could install this shield on my phone . No problem they said and it was a minimal charge to get them working on this. 10 minutes later I walked out of the store with my phone and a new shield installed. No issues with the install nor do I expect any. I will definitely use this service again!!

The geek squad install this invisible shield on all my phones in a matter of minutes and did it so easily and perfectly I would’ve never been able to install it and make it look as perfect and wonderful as they did. Excellent job if you ever buy a screen protector make sure you have it installed by the geek squad if you want it to look perfect!
