Fast easy good service it is a 7 dollar fee each time the do the service but I rather have them do it with the tools that they use than try doing it myself

I had a hard time finding someone to help me, but once I did, they performed the install with no problem and even told me there was no charge because I was a Tech member.

I purchased an OtterBox Amplify Glass Screen Protector for my new Apple iPhone 13. For a reasonable price, a member of the Geek Squad installed the new screen protector. I couldn't be more pleased - the screen protector had no bubbles or imperfections and the job was completed while I waited.

The best buy agent installed my ZAGG screen cover to my new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. He did a great job. My only complaint is after spending 1,300. plus on the new phone.... I though it was pretty weak they charged me to install the cover. Just didn't seem right to me.

I purchased a screen protector for my Apple Watch 5 44mm from Best Buy. I tried to do it myself, no go. I took it up to Best Buy the Geek Squad got right on it had it installed. Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Helpful...you get the picture...If you have a question or not sure how to do it ask them or better yet let them do it and you know its done right!! BOOM

Easy process & for the price of the phone you would think the would put on a screen protector for free. $1100 for a phone. $25 for a case. $10 for a screen protector. $8 to put a screen protector on in less than a minute. My son had never put one on & yhis was his 1st phone he purchased himself so paid fof the salesperson to put it on. It was wrung up as "Geek Squad".

The intall was good he put thee screen protector on straight and didn't take long to do it and the geek squad honors the products warranty so thats good also

The installation service was great and they did take the full time they said they would to put it on. The screen protector was placed perfectly with no bubbles. Unfortunately the screen protector itself was subpar so even after it was applied on my Apple Watch by a professional, the protector itself was unresponsive to touch. What a waste of an installation charge.
