This employee went above and beyond helping me set up my phone, hunting for the right case and screen and then meticulously putting the screen shield on the phone for me. He also gave good advice in regards to this phone in comparison to other phones I was looking at and made me feel good about my purchase. Great customer service.

The squad put a new phone screen protector on my new purchased phone and it look less than 10 minutes. They were all so kind.

I am SUPER picky about applying my screen protectors. They have to be perfect or it drives me crazy. I decided to let the Geek Squad do my last installation and WOW. The first screen protector had a bubble that they couldn’t remove, so they went and grabbed another one off the shelf and tried again. The screen protector was installed PERFECTLY. I am super impressed!

Lovely service. They are very careful about placing the protector on and even offer to replace it for free if there are hairs or bubbles trapped underneath.

This is the best service that best buy Geek Squad has to offer. It is super cheap and they will replace the screen protector for any reason. It is a small price to pay for you to have a screen protector at all times and for it to look nice on your expensive new gadget.

I keep buying iPhones for my employees. I hate putting the screen protectors on. Plus, if I pay for them to do it initially, they have yet to charge me to put new ones on in the future if I need to get my screen protector replaced.
