The old Mobile Shield on my phone had a bad scratch on it. The agent installed my new Mobile Shield perfectly. It looks great!

i suck at installing screen protectors on my own, so i’ve had the agents install about 3 different protectors in the past. the 7.99 isn’t too bad if you want your protector to last as long as it should. it takes about 15-20 minutes depending on how busy they are, but i’d do it again.

I bought a zagg screen protector and the technician who helped me was extremely friendly and wonderful and put my screen protector on exactly straight I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Best Buy and I love my new screen protector

MUCH better installation by Geek Squad than the previous screen protector installation we had one of those free standing phone repair shops. Will definitely get my future screen protectors installed only from Best Buy.

The agent put the screen protector on my phone with ease and let me know to wait to put on my phone case later to ensure the my screen protector would not come off.

I was waited on quickly. The technician told me to take a little bit to get this on if I had other shopping I wanted to do or I could return in about an hour. When I returned the item was ready but before I left the store the screen protector had developed a bubble under it so I took it back to the technician and he took care of it.
