I love Best Buy I think Best Buy is the best store to get whatever you want and being able to see other peoples reviews and also the prices are great. My only bad thing I would have to say that sometimes some employees are not as friendly or as useful as others

I love the Geek Squad. I love it even more since I am a Total Tech member! These guys know their stuff and do it right the first time.

Best Buy and Geek Squad personnel were courteous and helpful in assisting me with my purchase and installation of screen protection.

I have never had an issue with the work the Geek Squad has done for me. They have always been cheerful, friendly skilled, people.

My wife and I each had a screen protector installed by two different guys. Hers was great, and still looks like the day it was done. The guy that installed mine might have been new because it had a bubble on the edge right away. I figured I'd let it ride and see if maybe it'd settle; but it just keeps getting worse. I haven't been near a Best Buy since, but if/when I make it there I'll have to cash in on a free replacement.

They did a perfect job putting this on my watches TY Geek Squad. You can not even see it no bubbles etc. and doesn't hinder use of touchscreen.

They were so helpful and put on my screen protector and phone case on :). I was having a bad night and they made it better.

The Geek Squad worked was incredibly nice and very fast considering there was a few other customers, He walked me through everything very well and gave great customer service!

I have never had a bad experience with the staff of BB and the Geek Squad teams. This time they helped me install the shield to my new iPhone and I would never trust myself to do this. The even redid it after a tiny stray thread was under the shield after the first installation.

I was waited on quickly. The technician told me to take a little bit to get this on if I had other shopping I wanted to do or I could return in about an hour. When I returned the item was ready but before I left the store the screen protector had developed a bubble under it so I took it back to the technician and he took care of it.

Had them install my screen protector after first one broke during install when i bought the phone. Much easier and no worry.

Geek squad will never let you down in general they are always so nice & helpful. I just needed to get a screen protector installed but I appreciated it. They give you instruction & advice on questions you probably were going to ask, before you even ask them. Geek squad is the best!

i suck at installing screen protectors on my own, so i’ve had the agents install about 3 different protectors in the past. the 7.99 isn’t too bad if you want your protector to last as long as it should. it takes about 15-20 minutes depending on how busy they are, but i’d do it again.

Working good, better then the Apple Original glass.

I would highly recommend paying them to put the screen protector on. They did amazing, no bubbles or anything.

Fast and efficient, and had great customer service

I always screw this part up, so glad I paid whatever this cost so they could screw it up for me. I have the same amount of trash and bubbles caught under there as before, but not the shame or guilt of knowing I could have let a professional do it for me. Thanks Best buy! Only kidding, looks great!
