I don't trust myself to install a screen protector on my phone so I went to the Geek Squad for assistance. There were a few folks in front of me so I expected it would take a while to get waited on. But I was wrong - service was quick! The fellow that helped me was knowledgeable, informative and courteous - and did a great job! Love the Geek Squad!

This is the best service that best buy Geek Squad has to offer. It is super cheap and they will replace the screen protector for any reason. It is a small price to pay for you to have a screen protector at all times and for it to look nice on your expensive new gadget.

I absolutely love this service. I’ve had at least 2 glass screens replaced on 2 different phones and each time it’s done quickly and they clearly have done it several times because it was done neatly. No bubbles and they lined it up perfectly. I would recommend this service 10 times out of 10.

Good job installing invisible shield screen protector on iPad Pro. Worth the money to save the hassle of trying to do it ourselves. Stayed open a few extra minutes to install this as we purchased it just before closing time. Thanks for going the extra mile Geek Squad at West Des Moines store!

I would give her a 10 if I could. Very patient and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to call again. I was called before she arrived between the designated time. I had a ring doorbell wired and it took a very long time to boot up. She was very patient and helpful thru the process.

They were able to install with great precision, my screen protector for my new iPhone 15 Pro Max. I love using them because I do a horrible job in installing screen protectors.

Works good. Have already had the lifetime warranty used. A little tricky to have the a Best Buy employee help getting it on my phone properly.
