This a Best Buy location works very hard to be the best. Each employee goes out of their way to insure that you are happy when you leave. The absolute best customer service.

I was more than happy to have the agents install my new ZAGG screen protector on my Galaxy Note 20. Not only did they install it quickly, there are no bubbles/dust/foreign objects under the screen. Much better than I have ever done, will likely have Geek Squad install my screen protectors in the future.

My wife and I each had a screen protector installed by two different guys. Hers was great, and still looks like the day it was done. The guy that installed mine might have been new because it had a bubble on the edge right away. I figured I'd let it ride and see if maybe it'd settle; but it just keeps getting worse. I haven't been near a Best Buy since, but if/when I make it there I'll have to cash in on a free replacement.

If you have never done it before, just pay and let them do it. Why??? because if they do it and something goes wrong, they will take care of it for you! I did it myself and it left a lot of bubbles underneath, which made the glass come off .

I was waited on quickly. The technician told me to take a little bit to get this on if I had other shopping I wanted to do or I could return in about an hour. When I returned the item was ready but before I left the store the screen protector had developed a bubble under it so I took it back to the technician and he took care of it.

The agent put the screen saver on for me. I couldn't do it as well. With no bubbles and now I know my cellphone is protected from dropping it.

I kept dropping my phone and cracked the screen. I replaced it three different times during the year. Geek Squad replaced it for me. They are so reliable and they treat me with respect.

I’m just giving 3 stars because I think it was poor business to make me pay for the installation of the screen protector that I bought from Best Buy. I even have the membership and it still wasn’t offered as a perk.

I have never had a bad experience with the staff of BB and the Geek Squad teams. This time they helped me install the shield to my new iPhone and I would never trust myself to do this. The even redid it after a tiny stray thread was under the shield after the first installation.
