My .onle shield is great i just regret that the one i have therr no place to put the pen. Another than that it great. It is making my phone look great and safe

the agent that set up my device was so helpful, eventhough the stored was closed he was very patient.

I had to return and have a second one installed because the first one was crooked and it wasn’t staying down. I understand the company that makes the shields does not make the thicker ones (they lasted so much longer) but I am no having to pay$8 every time this thinner one chips an edge or cracks not what I signed up for when I got my phone and shield. Supposed to be fre replacement,

I have had my screen protectors put on by geek squad for years and they always do a great job. Anytime after they put it on and there is dust, a hair, or bubbles under the protector, they always put a new one on and immediately. I am happy with not only the work of geek squad but their customer service.

Absolutely love the geek squad!! They are always fast and precise on my appliances. Would recommend them to anyone!

MUCH better installation by Geek Squad than the previous screen protector installation we had one of those free standing phone repair shops. Will definitely get my future screen protectors installed only from Best Buy.

Install screen protector in a flash! it's still on and working. Told me not to put cover on till it sat 24 hours. Was very glad for additional information...would not have been happy if came off after spending all that money. Always nice and happy to help.

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I’m sorry that I’ve forgotten the name of the young man that helped me because he was awesome. Not only did he do a perfect job but when he found a tiny speck of dust that he couldn’t get out he went and opened another and installed it. Amazing!

Agent was very helpful, fast and efficient. She also made a point of letting me know that I should not put my phone into a pocket of my purse for 24hrs. This insures that the screen protector cures flat and prevents peeling. Very helpful!

Was more than happy to pay the minor fee to have someone install the Zagg screen protector on my new phone. I'm a klutz and never manage to install them properly, then it freaks out my OCD. Cost was great, and it took less than 15 mins. to get it done. Would do this again for devices when I need a screen protector installed.

When the “Geek Squad” has a job—they know what to do and they get the job done!! And putting a shield on my watch was simply a snap !!

The Best Buy Associate quickly and expertly installed a screen protector on my new phone. He did in five minutes what would have probably taken me 30-60, and I’ve no doubt at all that he did it far better than I could have. This convenient, quality install was well worth the small cost.
