The service was great and the associate was friendly. This is the second phone I’ve had Best Buy do my screen protector installation, and I love that I can bring it back for quick replacement of the screen protector is damaged.

Excellent service.. The people in Alpharetta are very patient, they installed my shield and when I went back and asked to remove a dirt particle, they did not hesitate to change . In fact the service person installed a new shield for me. I really appreciate the service here

I am very pleased with the front and rear cameras installed in my vehicle. This will be useful if ever needed for an accident or for video of an incident in which I was not involved but for one which I would have witnessed.

Excellent customer service! I went in without an appt, and I was told it could take up to 45 minutes to install. I shopped around the store and not too long after, it was ready. My screen looks awesome with this mew protective shield. I am super clumsy, so I need it.

I bought a screen protector for my new watch and tried to put it on myself... bad idea! Did not work. So I went to the geek squad asked to buy new products and have them apply them for me. I was aloud to return the product that was in usable, the installed the new ones for me and were polite, professional and quick!

Depending on the service it can be pretty quick or in detail. Ive lucked out with most of my in store services have been simple like a radio install or screen protector..

purchasing the Geek Squad Mobile SHield Install take the pressure off of yourself trying to install any shield on your device. I do recommend keeping a copy of your receipt, for future proof of your purchase, some reason your purchase can get lost in their computer

Geek squad is the best home tech service their is and very friendly and helpful they came over very polite and fixed my washer issue love this guys and woman employees.

I love my Apple Watch and in order to prevent it from any damages. I purchased the Apple Watch shield for extra protection. Geek squad was able to assisted me with putting on the shield in a timely manner. Thanks Geek squad I my watch feel more scratch free.

I would highly recommend paying them to put the screen protector on. They did amazing, no bubbles or anything.

I love our Greek Squad. I can remember all their names but everyone was so helpful and nice! I didn’t have an appointment and the worked me in so quickly. They delivered what they said they were going to do! My Mac runs so much better! Thank you guys for being so kind and nice!
