Love being able to have my computer fixed remotely. The only down side is they don't notify you if your auto payment doesn't go through and then you have no service! I would have told them to rerunor given them another form of payment! :( So be sure to check monthly if you buy this service!

They replaced my screen, shield quickly and efficiently

Depending on who your agent is, the service can be excellent or average. If you own a lot of different tech stuff and are not tech savy - totally worth having total tech protection. I like that they will install my protective screens when I need replacing as some are not so simple.

Just hard to risk screen damage to a high-quality phone, this protector has an outstanding warranty, at a good price point. Quickly installed at the service counter, the staff was friendly and prompt.

About 1 week after the Geek Squad put my ZAGG screen protector on my Apple Watch it started to bubble. I tried to push the bubbles out myself, but they kept coming back. I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced the whole screen protector for me. That is service that keeps me coming back to Best Buy!

The agent took care of entire process including transferring all data from old phone, wiping old phone for trade in and explained trade in process

I purchased a Zagg Screen Protector for my Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max. I was glad to know that it has a Lifetime Warranty. The Tech did a good job installing it for me, no bubbles at all! I was glad to pay to have it installed, as I would never be able to do it myself.

Great install job, the product: ZAGG for a S22Ultra doesn't hold up like the old Gorilla glass shields.
