They did a good job installing the glass shield and those thing are almost impossible to get on right. Knocked it down one start because they now charge for this service that used to be free when you purchased a phone from them.

When I purchased the Zagg privacy and screen protector for my Iphone 13 Pro Max from Best Buy I wasn't charged a fee because I am a Total Tech subscriber. I was happy to not be charged but wondered why there would be a charge?

Best Buy installed my screen protector in such a short time frame. I was able to leave my phone and the. Come back like 5 minutes later to pick it up.

I love this protective shield gor my note 9. It helps keep it in one piece. Geek squad had to put it on for mr because I kept messing it up 2 times before.

Love being able to have my computer fixed remotely. The only down side is they don't notify you if your auto payment doesn't go through and then you have no service! I would have told them to rerunor given them another form of payment! :( So be sure to check monthly if you buy this service!

Having them install the screen shield is well worth it. If they mess it up, they'll replace it. If bubbles don't come out, they'll replace it. If you have Best Buy Total Tech plan, they'll install it for free!
