Friendly, informative ( I had no idea about the proper way to install this thing) , able to answer my questions easily. I was not testing them, just needed to know the technical info. Overall, this is what we should expect from an electronics store employee. Keep up with the good training BB!

Once again I needed a phone protector and ONCE AGAIN Best Buy came through. Installation was quick and good!

I haven't had much luck installing these screen protectors in the past. This installation was quick and easy. They did the job right the first time with no bubbles or fingerprints. It lasted as long as I owned that phone model.

The ZAGG protective screen was installed great with no bubbles. Have used Best Buy and this service in the past and have never been disappointed. Very comforting to know that should the screen protector fail it will be replaced at no charge.

This service paid to install a screen protector on my device and applies the warranty. Now if I need to replace the screen protector, all I need to do is walk into BestBuy so they can replace it at no addiotional cost.

The folks I have used at Best Buy have been very nice to work with and are trying in spite of all the stuff you require of them, to do a good job. All folks have done well for me.

The folks here were fast and efficient. My first protector screen actually did get a bubble / air spot. So, this was actually a warranty install. I was never offered any resistance (futile) and they did it on the spot and FREE.

I love that the Protection Plan with Best Buy is a must…with that the installation of screen is free and it’s a must for them to put it on…they leave it on perfect
