It’s worth it! Even if its easy to do yourself nowadays, I still like to know if a bubble won’t disappear theyll fix it for me.

The screen saver was installed by a Best Buy employee. I was charged for the service even though I purchased the screen saver in the store. Also, the after installtion, the screen saver surface bubbled up later that evening. I have been unable to make it stick back down and may need to purchase another screen saver again.

I have to say for the last few years there's never been a moment where I say I'll never use them again. very professional and easy to work with.

Love being able to have my computer fixed remotely. The only down side is they don't notify you if your auto payment doesn't go through and then you have no service! I would have told them to rerunor given them another form of payment! :( So be sure to check monthly if you buy this service!

I've used the top level of geek squad for years. Sometimes when my problem gets escalated to an overseas contact I would prefer to talk to them one-on-one about the issues because often it doesn't get fixed and I have to start all over again with a new agent

I always get the shield for my phones. I prefer to let the pros do it for me as I can be imprecise.

About 1 week after the Geek Squad put my ZAGG screen protector on my Apple Watch it started to bubble. I tried to push the bubbles out myself, but they kept coming back. I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced the whole screen protector for me. That is service that keeps me coming back to Best Buy!
