The customer service rep has a device that lines up the shield perfectly on the phone. It is a lot better than trying to do it myself.

The Geek squad needed to replace a screen but did not have the corect one in stock. They modified another more expensive screen and assembled it while processing a paper change to keep the product identiy correct for continuation of the warranty in the future.

They do a good job with a curved screen. Its is worth it to me to pay $8. I plan on doing this with all my screens.

The agent installed the protective glass shield in a matter of minutes. Upon inspection, I could not find any flaws in the glass shield or the installation. Reasonably priced, saved me a lot of time and mistakes.

The Geek Squad does a great job installing Zagg Shields. I have them install Zagg Shields on both my iPhone and my iPad. The installations are always clean, free of any debris. Installation by the Geek Squad has never been crooked or bubbly. Great job!

I never put the screen protectors on anymore. If you do manage to crack the screen protector you can zip in to Best Buy and get the new protector and install free of charge.
