Very very happy with their work! Daniel helped me he was super informative and professional. He did a great job! If i were to do it, it would it would be such a mess and with bubbles too lol. This definitely was worth every dollar.

Gets the work done Just get this to ensure you walk out with the screen on and don’t have to come back later for a replacement. In case you haven’t installed screen covers before. Worst case is that you end up living with bubbles on your screen if you don’t have a warranty that helps.

The Geek Squad is on point. They assisted me with the setup of my phones, and I would always look for their guidance on what was compatible with my devices. The next step is the home theater I would like the Geek Squads' opinion on my choice of surround sound setup.

The TV was delivered and set up by an outside vendor chosen by Best Buy. They took the TV out of the box and plugged in the TV, set it up so it works when turned on.

It was actually the Samsung rep who did the install of the screen protector, but he did a great job that the Geek Squad would be proud of.

We were buying the screen protection for my mom's apple watch. Best Buy Geek Squad put it on for us for minimal cost. A job well done! And very convenient!! While you can do it yourself, it is nice to have someone who does a lot of them be able to do it for you. A lot less headache. Definitely recommend.

Store rep installed three glass screen (Apple Watch) protectors with an air bubble left each time, requiring new protector. Very challenging to install and their expert on that item clearly not working that day. Still overall pleased as it got done and they were quick and friendly

The main reason I purchased this was that if geeksquad messes up the install they have to replace and reinstall free

GEEK SQUAD UNLOCKED MY OWN I-PHONE FAST AND WITH NO PROBLEM

The agent installed the protective glass shield in a matter of minutes. Upon inspection, I could not find any flaws in the glass shield or the installation. Reasonably priced, saved me a lot of time and mistakes.

The Geek Squad quickly installed a Zagg screen protector and new band for my iWatch 4 and did a good job as well. I'm glad Best Buy offers this service as i sure didn't want to mess it up doing it myself. Mahalo!
