Not thrilled with this. I have the very lowest DSL internet service offered, and the only phone company in my area does not offer anything else, thus I bought this device hoping to extend my wifi signal inside my house. It was moderately easy to set up, but it does not help me. In fact it is a pain in the neck. I connected it to my network, yet every time I need to use my phone I have to log into this new device, and even then my signal isn't markedly better. I don't even use it. Please understand that I am NOT an electronic geek, nor am I an idiot.

Bismarck ND geek squad hands down was like family! With being hacked these guys seen me quite often…if not, DAILY! They did not rush, they helped solve problems, made suggestions, and were friendly.

Never used Geek Squad for repairs until recently. It was easy to set up an appointment and make changes as necessary. They gave me estimates and kept me aware of progress on my repair. I’m very happy and will use them again!

Though the store was understaffed, they made the best of it. Moving items from one phone to another was flawless Just took alittle more time to actually purchase the phone than I would have liked. BUT not their fault.

I am glad that Best Buy has associates skilled at installing screen protectors so that if you are unable to install them yourself with out major bubbles or misalignment, they can do it for you and make it look good too!

Best Buy tech members in the phone dept at Princeton are really good. Also helped me reorder when the first screen protector did not fit, and then helped install it when it arrived.

I think it's worth the $8 to get the warranty with the screen protector because anytime you need a new one you can just go into Best Buy and they swap it out for you free of charge. I have done this with all my phones now.

Geek squad did an excellent job putting the product on my daughters phone so i didnt have to hassle with it myself at home. They cleaned her whole phone and did the installation in a short amount of time. Excellent service.

Had to replace yet another screen protector for my iphone as they keep failing!! The replacements have ALWAYS been free but they made me pay for it saying it was not free so I will NOT be back for another one!!! This one has failed again already!! Service took way too long to replace an iphone screen protector!! It should NEVER take an hour!!

Every time I have had to use their services, I have received nothing but the best from the Geek Squad. They are very professional and make sure I understand everything they are doing and won't leave until they are certain I have had all my questions and/or issues resolved.

Dropped my phone, broke the glass shield. Took it to Best Buy and it was warranted for life. They ordered me a new shield which came within two days to my house. Took it to Best Buy where they installed it in a matter of minutes for free. Good deals at Best Buy.

I purchased a screen protector that turned out to be wrong based on an employee grabbing the wrong one. Danny had to reinstall the correct one. Bre, the manager made the process very easy and was very helpful to me.

The techs were so helpful and quickly replaced the protection screen on my Apple Watch. This was a small request and that did not act like it was. Wanted me to be satisfied with their service.

During this trying time dealing with COVID-19 the Best Buy personnel and Geek Squad did a exceptional job in removing my old cracked screen protector and installed a new one in a quick time. Compliments to the service orientated workers.

The agent was an expert on putting the shield on. She did a great job. Plus she made sure it was clean and on straight.
