We took full advantage in the previous 12 months. Moved into a new house and had TV mounted on wall, Apple TV connected, two other TVs connected and they did a great job. Also had 2 computers cleaned up. Very good service and timely.

Best But always does my screen installs perfectly and previously in the event of an install that I'm not happy with Geek Squad has always made it right in their 2nd attempt. Do yourself a favor and get Total Tech support to get these screen installs fine for free.

When i bought the phone - i t tried to install the screen protector myself. Oops. Lasted about a week and then the air bubbles drove me crazy. Well worth the $8 to have geek squad do it for me.

They put a shield on for my mobile device and a week later it is bubbling. I did not give this part a bad star because I feel like it was thew product used.

Love the Geek Squad. Very professional wheni need help and sometimes you may get a tech that is in much in a hurry but other all others are awesome . Very helpful even on the phone. I always get the Geek Swuad package because its worth it.
