I came in with an issue and the staff was very helpful. Perfect excellent service.

They had to do it 2 or 3 times because the otterbox I had would not allow the screen to lay properly. I ultimately had to purchase another case so that I could use the screen protector properly. They were very pleasant about having to replace it a few times.

Screen protector was replaced (for $9) and that's all I have to say
