Had the Geek Squad install. They did a great job. I don't think it's right as I already paid once to have it installed I should have to repay to install it again. The way it was explained to me that in case they break it. That would not be my fault.

Technician installed safety glass to new i-phone. Fast and not too expensive. I could have done it, but didn't feel like taking the few minutes to install. Plus, if anything went wrong they would fix it right there and then.

I'm glad I bought this, because the screen was not easy to put on, despite the mechanism it comes with to put it on. Had to return if 3 times, and have best buy put it on for me.

They do a good job when they assist you. It always seems that they are understaffed and you have to wait awhile. They don’t always know what to do or charge so they have to ask a manager, which takes more time.

I like the shield and I like it has a lifetime replacement, but I am constantly going and replacing it at least once a year

The agents were having trouble getting the information to transfer to the new phones due to some internet and WiFi issues but Geek Squad provided great assistance and with the service they have everything was able to be completed in about 30 minutes!
