i am not happy

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have $10,000 out of a $19,000 purchase in my backyard, can't install without the freezer but i had to take delivery of the rest, been in my backyard for over a month. i was told if i opened a best buy card to finance it i would get 10% in best buy certificates i could use for whatever we wanted at best buy. then after i did that i was told i do t get those certificates til i take delivery even though i have paid the entire balance off communication sucks at pacific sales purchased on labor day

Outstanding service/communication

New refridgerator had defective compressor which Tech confirmed. Tech wrote a replacement work order, told me who to call & called that evening to make sure there was a rush on the replacment. Replacement dely'd in 4 days, setup & WORKS great! Kudos to Best Buy & Thank You
