They convinced me to mount it lower than I thought I wanted. We have reclining theater chairs. I wish we had mounted it where I originally wanted but we are dealing with it. That said, I would always have the Geek Squad come and set things up. Everything is done when they leave.

Geek Squad did a fantastic job on installing and mounting our TV on the wall. The mount is great because we can pull the TV off the wall or tilt it as needed. They were very clean with running the cables through the wall and hooking everything up for us. LOVE IT!!

It's good to know your limitations. We would have spent a day on mounting our TV and ended up with wall damage and the wrong height. They team came in, gave us options, hooked up every component including our new speakers and left us ready to watch. Awesome job.

We were lucky enough to have the site manager and best geek squad employee come to our house to install our 75” tv. They carried it up 3 flights of stairs and installed it perfectly!! They were amazing at what they do and had the best personalities to go along with it!

These people are tops in my book! They are very knowledgable, courteous, clean, efficient, helpful and understanding of a lay person's needs! I have used them many times and never had a less than stellar experience! I will definitely use them again and again!

Knew what they were doing. Got it mounted straight and centered. Explained how to work the TV. Only thing is they said they would hook up the free 30 day trial sling and show us how to work it and they did not do that, so we didn't get our free trial of sling.

The guys who came to set up my system were both fast and courteous. They did offer an additional product (which I needed), which was helpful (but not pushy). Great work and completed in a very small amount of time for an 82" TV with Samsung Sound system as well. Very pleased.

They did everything perfectly and answered all our questions and then some. Sure did know their job well and made sure all connected worked good before they left. Well worth having them install. (This from us, who has always tried doing things ourselves)

My installer was Gary Cosby. A professional and knowledgeable technician who answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He is a great representative and ambassador for your company, and I felt very fortunate to have had him as my installer/technician.

I am very pleased with the professional job the Geek Squad did on mounting and setting up my 75” TV. Arrived at scheduled time. Completed job in a timely manner. Answered my questions and made sure I was happy with job before they left. Would highly recommend.

Apart from arrive late, the Greek squad representatives that came to my house to setup and mount my tv was awesome. They were very professional. They asked questions to get a understanding of what I want and they went over a few tips I didn’t know about my new TV.

I was very impressed with the 2 men that came to mount our new TV. They mounted the TV and then removed and brought down a few inches because I didn't like the height of the TV. And they also knew how to work the TV and gave me instructions. I will definitely use this service again.

Both techs were very knowledgeable in the products I purchased. They went above and beyond what was required. After everything was installed and hooked up, they walked through every detail of the process to navigate through my DTV, DVD player and sound system.

If I could give the two men who installed our TV 10 stars, I would do so. Their suggestions were invaluable and now we have a system that is pre-wired for surround sound and blue ray DVD player. All the wires are hidden behind the drywall, totally out of sight. GREAT JOB.

We purchased both the Samsung QLED 75' TV and a 4K player. The Geek squad delivered and setup the entire system. It was so nice not having to worry about doing something wrong. We let the experts handle it. The team also provided a brief training session. Great service..

I was very pleased with the Geek Squad installation. They arrived on time, did everything we asked and cleaned up nicely. We had them run the wires inside the wall, making for a very clean look. Worth the extra money to have this done if you are wall mounting the tv.

The guys brought in my new 82’ Samsung and did an excellent job mounting the TV on my wall. They absolutely knew what they were doing and efficiently completed the work. They were friendly and gave me tips how to adjust for good viewing. A job well done!
