The technicians were knowledgeable about my products and made installation look easy. I would recommend this service to anyone who only likes to run the computer and not work on the computer. Also the were very clean with the hole installation process.

The technician was very good and helpful. The setup was done quickly and well. Everything was done and explained to me so that it was easy for me to just start using the new TV, DVD player, and remote. I really thank the technician for making it so easy!!

Provided a great service. Removed old tv from above fireplace. Mounted New tv to same tv mount already In place. Attached tv to surge/ filter protector, setup New 4k player to tv. Adjusted and explained features available on tv/ remote. Attached to WiFi.

The tech reached out in advanced twice and kept me updated on date/time frame for the install. The second tech showed up shortly after to help mount the TV (Two person job). Overall they did a good job and got it just right for me, went smooth.

I was told orignally that they could mount my TV on Thursday. I was waiting on my mount to come in and it came in earlier than expected so I called and got it moved to Wednesday. Soon after they called me and said they can’t come out Wednesday and wouldn’t come out Thursday as well. They ended coming out Friday and were done quickly just wish they would have come out when they said they were going to.

The Geek Squad installed our TV. The tech asked me some questions and I told him to install it like it was his house. He went to work and when done, it was perfect . He took the time to go over many ways it could be adjusted. It is worth the money.

The 2 man installed team was great. They communicated their arrival time and were on time. They were setup in reasonable time and even made sure everything was setup so we had the best picture possible even in regard to our satellite settings.

The Geek squak member advised us to get the wire and cables installed in a soecific way even though it delayed our installation. we missed not having the TV but the advice was exceptional. I could not thank BestBuy enough for the service they provided

There was a little mix up with scheduling but everything worked out perfectly. Guys did a great job, cleaned everything up, demonstrated what they needed to and were very professional. Would definitely use them again to wall mount a large TV.

The guys fit me in a day early and did a great job getting my new TV and Sound Bar set up for me. They were very neat and polite and fast! Truly they know what they are doing and it was well worth the cost of installation. Highly recommend.

Geek squad team did good job with cabling behind TV by using zip tags to avoid cable mess hanging and also used TV USB ports for powering roku and chrome cast hdmi devices which saves power outlets behind TV and can be used for others

Steve and his partner were very curtious, professional and made sure we were well pleased with the location/height, and all our questions were politely answered and throughly explained. Arrival time was as promised. Absolutely no regrets.

I waited for a call or email requesting a survey but I did not get one. My installer was so professional and knowledgeable. Now I can't find his card with his name, but hopefully you can figure it out and give him a raise!! :) . Excellent experience.

Geek Squad called in advance to notify me of their arrival and were very professional and courteous. They were able to install the wall mount and tv in a short amount of time and gave me recommendations on how high to mount it. Great service overall.

The TV that was delivered was damaged. The team worked with Best Buy to have a replacement TV delivered from the warehouse so they could complete the install correctly the first time. Great customer service and perfect installation.

My installer Lee was awesome! Explained everything, answered questions and asked my opinion on things before he did anything. Did a perfect install and it looks great! Put the furniture back the way it was and cleaned up everything!

They came to install a huge heavy tv and swivel mount on a wall that was a pain with a lack of studs. They did not give up and somehow they managed to figure it out and hang the tv securely. They were clean, courteous, and friendly.

The Geek squad technician arrived on time, was polite and professional. He installed the mount and the tv in a short amount of time and got everything working. He showed me how the mount could be adjusted and was very knowledgeable.

I don't know what I was expecting but the Geeksquad far exceeded it. Great service, super knowledgeable, polite, responsive. I am so pleasantly surprised we bought AV equipment knowing the installation and such would be a breeze.
