they (he Geek Squad) showed up on time, were knowledgable, experienced, polite, answered all questions, were professional in their technical istillation duties. Everything was installed and functioning at top level when they left.

We've had the Geek Squad install several electronic items in our home. Always friendly, always professional, always on time and they get it done quickly. They then take the time to explain and answer any questions. Love these guys!

The Geek Squad got here on time and were very fast. They had to install a wall mount and while doing so made sure to clean up the Sheetrock mess while drilling. They answered all of my questions and it was an awesome experience. Thank you

These guys were really helpful and professional, hooked up my bose system to use with my DIRECTV remote and showed how to easily go to Netflix and Amazon! They also helped me move my old TV into another room and set it up! Great experience!!

The guys who came to mount my TV and set it up were very professional, really friendly, did a great job with the installation and gave me some great tips for using the TV. Deciding to let them do the install and set up was definitely a good choice.

TV mount already on the wall and brackets on TV when they came. Geek Squad correctly put bracket on back of TV and attached it to mount on the wall didn’t take long at all the hard part was already done prior to them coming.

The two gentlemen that mounted and installed my new TV did an excellent job. The work was done perfectly and they thoroughly explained all the controls and made sure everything was working before leaving. Can't go wrong with them.

The petite man & woman who came out were very knowledable , skilled & very professional. The 75" tv had to be hung abt 4' off the ground. We had to wait abt an hr for another bigger tech to assist with the hanging of the tv after an attemt to hang it with those present failed. The original male tech took great lengths to set up the new tv & nsure I knew how to work the controls so I could enjoy it.

David is a great technician. Very courteous, helpful and clean with his work. We had an incident with our first TV having a scratch on it after installed. He pointed it out and called the store to secure a remedy. It was replaced.

These guys knew what they were doing, very professional job! When I had trouble with sound, they came right back and fixed it, even giving me their cell phone number in case I had more questions. We were impressed and happy with our decision.

The geek squad guys did a great job. They delivered my TV and sound bar and installed both. The installation was very neat and everything worked great. The squad showed me how to work everything and made sure I understood how it all worked.

I buy at Best Buy for good value, but the GEEK SQUAD has helped me many times on my electronics. They have saved me hundreds with their expertise. The set up of the TV went smooth and fast, these people know what is needed and do it.

The installers were extremely fast and knowledgable in hanging the 65" TV on my wall. They knew the perfect height to set the tv for great viewing and were very neat in the installation. Well worth the money to have the Geek Squad do the install.

Geek squad did a fantastic job on setup and programming my new Marantz receiver. I am hearing surround sounds like never before compared to the previous receiver. All functions were also programmed into my Harmony remote.

They installed an 82” tv for me. I would have done it myself but it weighs over one hundred pounds. I let them do it so if it falls off the wall my wife can blame them. They were very professional and prompt. I will be using them again.
