Carlos and Bob from the Dubuque, IA store rock! They both knew what they were doing and were extremely helpful in answering all my questions, making sure I was comfortable with my new TV and accessories!!!

The installer did a perfect job of installing and setting up new flat screen. However after he left I noticed he did not leave the stand for my flat screen if I decided to remove it from the wall.

Geek squad did my install. I had to leave in the middle of the the install and when I came home the work was complete and you could not even tell that they had been there as there was no mess. Clean work.

These guys did an amazing job on my install. They had a lot of product knowledge, and even were able to supply an optical cable that the sales guy didn't mention I would probably need. Thanks, guys!

Derek and Chris were great! Their installation of our TV, receiver and router were first rate. No mess, plus their instructions were clear and their patience with our many questions was appreciated.

Wanted everything done and they made it happen from moving my old plasma tv to assembling tv stand and mounting new LG OLED55C7p tv. All I had to do was sit down and start watching the new tv. A job well done.

The geek squad techs who performed my install were helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and careful throughout the process. I would defniitely recommend Geek Squad to perform installation of your large tv.

There was minimal disruption when they came to mount my TV. They asked me where and told me how long it would take. They also showed me how to use the remote and set the internet connection. Great job.

We had the Geek Squad install out new LG 4K HDR 55 inch TV. The investment was well worth it. They did an excellent job of installing the TV as well as teaching us about all of the features of this amazing TV

Highly recommend paying for the geek squad install. The guys were berry helpful. Also the total tech support upgrade easily pays for itself if you have any other potential it projects in the house.

I did purchase this because I tried hanging a tv. Long ago and it fell off the wall. We had an ice , snow storm. The guys got their truck stuck and had to call a wrecker. And, the one guy, got my 55" tv and dropped the edge on the ground. Other than that, it was great. They was very nice and showed me everything on the remote after they was finished.

The Geek Squad guys who installed my 2 new TV's did a great job. Not only where they efficient, competent and clean but they also showed me the essential functions on my new TV's to get started.

Install went great. Charles TJ Phillips was very patient with me in explaining how everything worked. I could not have asked for a better installer. He was excellant in all aspects. Felt comfortale in disscusions.

Both installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient setting up the TV and the remote. The mounting was perfect and the education for the remote was through. I would use these gentlemen anytime.

I had it installed and it works great. Holds the tv, gives a great tilt, and was adjustable to make sure the tv looks perfect. This was installed on a stone fireplace and was installed perfectly.

Crew was very professional and concerned about doing the job right. Well worth the money to have them install a large TV and sound bar. They even connected my existing Apple TV and DVD player.
