Jay ans Robert set up my tv, sound bar and google wifi hub. Answered all my questions and showed me how everything worked. I called after set up with wifi issues and Jay gave me good advice.

Two guys came out from the Geek Squad just before Christmas to mount my new Samsung TV. They were on time, they were fast, they were efficient, and most of all they were kind and courteous.

I purchased a tv and needed assistance with mounting and setup. The geek squad person who came out could not have been more professional or done a better job. I would recommend using this service anytime.

I had a very nice experience when the guy came out and mount it my flat screen on the wall he knew what he was doing very professional gave me some tips and I love my TV being on the wall

Very particular significant other, installers were prompt, listened to our concerns and responded with several options for us to consider. When we deceided, they were efficient and neat doing the work.

My new TV was installed and set up professionally. The remote was programmed and its use explained in non-technical terms where my wife and I understood. Once again Best Buy Geeks SCORE!!!!!

Geek squad professional installer showed up on time, even made a trip back to the store because my cables came up a little short. The end result was neat and clean looking television mounting.

This was a no brainer for me as I bought the Total Tech package and had multiple tvs mounted in a new house. The techs are great and experienced hanging tvs as well as other devices.

They come to my house on time and don’t take too long. They tried to sell me speakers and cable for my tv, but I say no speakers because the tv cost a lot of money. I think I might get speakers later.

Geek Squad Agents took time to measure and get our feedback prior to mounting our new big screen TV in the theater room. We were really impressed with their attention to detail, speed and professionalism.

The install was fast and they cleaned up behind themselves. How rare! They took all the time I needed to instruct me with operation and functions of the TV. Knowledgeable Gentlemen!!

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They kept the work area clean at all times and any debris that was generated during the install, they quickly cleaned up. Very satisfied!

The Geek Squad is well worth the money for non geeks like us. They did a phenomenal job of installing everything and patiently explained it all to us. A follow up r3view would be helpful.

It was very much worth the extra money to have the Geek Squad come install my new TV. They were pleasant, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. Will be using them again on any similar future purchases.

I could not have had a better experience. Old tv removed from my wall mount swing arm and the new tv installed. They also reprogrammed my remote and showed us how everything worked.
