From the time the appt was set up the techs kept me in the loop.Tthey set up the cabinet, the wall mounts and the speakers. They then tested each componnet and made sure I understood how to use them.

I always request the GeekSquad to install all of my TV's. It's worth the price. They bring it, hang it up, connecting everything together, clean up, and leave. Perfect service especially for larger tv's.

The installation of my new TV was seamless. GEEKS came in with the new TV; disconnected the old; replaced with the new. Hooked up everything so smoothly. The whole process was seamless!!

Was missing a few parts of the order when the technician came out. Unfortunately was missing the in wall power source/cord manager which was the main idea of mounting the tv on the wall. Tech was great with what he could control and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Next service call got pushed back. Third time was a charm.

I had this heavy-duty wall mount installed by the Geek Squad. They did a good job in less than an hour. They also placed my new 65 inch LG TV on the mount. The only issue I've had is that when we pull the extender arms out 100% the TV becomes unlevel by about 5%. So to avoid this situation we only pull the extender out about 85%.

What more can say about these guys. Had a great experience with Edgar and Luis. Good communication skills and very professional hands down. I recommend a promotion for both guys.

We were very thankful that the tech had an optical cable (that we didn’t know we needed) and an alternate bracket (we didn’t know the one we bought from Best Buy wouldn’t work). There were several key features that I wish he would have shown us about the tv...something I thought we were going to get with a Geek Squad installation.

We had 7 TVs to hook up at our new home and I would not have been able to do this myself. We are NOT millenials! The tech support person that attended to this was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous and most importantly efficient! Subscribing to the 24 hr tech support saved us hundreds of dollars!

Geek Squad worth the investment. Punctual, clean, and very informative during the setup process. They picked up the old set and delivered the new one without any delay. Great team of folks.

The geek squad installers were fantastic. Did a great job. Everything worked better when they left than I had it. If you buy stereo or TV I would highly suggest that you have them install it.
