I was concerned at first about whether a professional will be the one doing the work but the guys who came out were so good that I purchased 2 more setups on the spot. This was well worth it.

If you are spending the money on a 4k tv, it's best to have it installed and hooked up properly. I think I could have done it myself. But it would have been an all day affair.

We had 65" Sony Bravia and sound system installed. Tech's were fast, friendly and explained everything about set up, got all the updates performed, internet connected, etc. Saved me time.

The mount we initially ordered didn't work with the stud width in our walls. The Geek Squad came back later in the day to complete the installation after I got a new mount.

The geek squad personnel that installed my TV were knowledgeable and did a clean professional job they answered all my questions.

We had two men come and mount our tv. They were very professional and knowledgeable! They did a great job. They explained everything to me so when they left I knew how to operate the tv.

Money so well spent! Such expertise that I don't have. The Geek Squad tech was the best. He programmed remotes, moved my TVs and hung my new TV on the wall in record time.

One of the guys had been here to install the previous TV They did an excellent job and it included moving the wall mount It took them about an hour to complete the job well worth the expense

Two installers came by to install mounting bracket and big screen TV on basement wall. Did a great job with installation and walking me through how to use the bracket and TV.

I had a 55 inch LCD TV installed in apartment in florida and a 65 inch OLED TV installed at home. Couldn't have been easier or better (now I hope the TV doesn't fall off the wall - JK).

Install Team performed very well and completed the large install in less time than anticipated. Also, did a good job cleaning up after the completion and took away the packing materials.

The guys who came were professional. They worked diligently and efficiently to set things up. They even came back after we called having forgot to have a component connected to sound bar

I was pleasantly surprised how quick my tv and sound bar were installed. They were hear when they said and all went smoothly. They took the old tv and an older one I had.

Well worth the expense of having the Geek Squad install our tv wall mount along with our new LG tv. Great job in hiding the cables and wiring along with the power outlet

Installers were neat & professional. Very courteous & pleasant. Cleaned up afterward. Resolved an issue with having to use a new mount. We were extremely satisfied with these 2 gentlemen.

We had the Geek Squad install an 82" Samsung, Bose 500 Soundbar, and Bose Subwoofer. They did a very clean wall install, hiding al cables in the wall. It's picture perfect.

It was very. difficult getting Geek Squad Best Buys and especially the warranty dept. on the phone, Many Christmas carols and disconnections. Very frustrating, hours wasted.
