Pretty good. Friendly staff but they did not show us how to autoconnect our phones to the TV.

I don’t usually believe in these warranty plans, but the first tv I purchased had purple dots in it. It was still in purchase period, so I was able to make them come back and install a new tv. I was told that they wouldn’t cover the second tv, if defected. So I felt like it was in my best interest to buy a plan with Best Buy, because the tv was so big and would be difficult for me to return on my own.

Audio should be better from a $3K tv... Looks like I'm going to have to fork out another $700-$1400 to complement the excellent picture...

Scott did a tremendous job in mounting our 55" TV and then calibrating it for optimum viewing pleasure, Job well done!!

they did a great job on the original set up. When they came back out they did not move the TV at all.

The installers were on time and explained everything. They were efficient and cleaned up when they were finished.

The mounting plate is much larger than my prevous model. There was an issue. regarding the height of the TV.

I recently purchased the 85" Sony Tv and had scheduled an installation/ wall mounting and TV set up this past weekend thru my Geek Squad membership account that I recently signed up for. The installation and wall mounting went as expected with a few set backs regarding the initial install being too low. The main disappointment however was the actual set up of the tv to try and achieve optimal picture and sound settings. Nothing was done regarding actual TV settings other than to set up the Verizon remote to control volume and power on TV which I was already capable of doing. I scrolled through picture and sound settings for a little while after technician left to try and see what looked and sounded better but was disappointed and had a higher expectation regarding the Geek Squad membership experience. I thought I would have gotten a better set up as the technician left with me with the factory installed settings and nothing was really done regarding set up.
