Not the best Experience

Delivery was free, but....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Delivery was free but they charged me $100 for mounting the TV above a fireplace though the ad clearly states that delivery and MOUNTING is free. I called customer care a couple of times and was told that they have to charge the fee when installing above a fireplace. When i asked why they "have to charge" they couldn't provide an explanation. This was very misleading.

Home setup service not smart

Second guy came (without a second person) and couldn't do because the tv needed larger wall mount. THAT NOT mentioned by first guy. If this all the better set up is, then what can be expected when any other device breaks down?

Mixed feelings

They noticed that my TV had light leak and needed to be replaced. After several days and weeks of getting tossed back and forth and not having calls returned, they finally sent another tv out. Only they could not replace it because it was on a wall mount. Everything was fixed eventually, still a bad experience.

Not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to have purchased our new LG OLED tv and have it mounted. One of the reasons I like the OLED was the thin profile nd how nicely it would look against the wall. The TV is at least 7 inches from the wall and I should be asking for a refund. I will need some professionals to come fix it.

not useful with incorrect information

When they got there to hang tv they said they can't hang on that surface and told me I had to call Spartan Glass to hang it. Called Spartan Glass and they said they do no such thing.

Not at all satisfied

I called after one month to cancel the order and they said the cancellation is eligible only up to 7 days. I paid 150$ which is a complete waste. Please do find out before buying. I wish I could give a ZERO rating.

Good job when they finally came

It took about 10 phone calls with long holds to schedule another installation time. Installers finally arrived 1.5 hours beyond the time window. When they got here they did a fine job with the installation

Did not get the job I paid for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tech said if I purchased a larger TV he would be able to hide the Wires behind the wall instead I have a plastic strip running down the side of fire place if he would of run it NEXT to the fire place instead of inches of center maybe it wouldn’t look so awful

Poor service

Cord kit was left off purchase. Poor communication trying to get problems corrected. Installation reschedule unable to confirm within reasonable timeline. Purchase still not fulfilled.

Not happy

I gave a poor rating on the review I received in my email. When asked if I wanted a member of leadership to contact me, I said, "Yes." That has been over 10 days....still waiting (but not holding my breath).

Bad scheduling, horrible set up, not user manuals for tv or remote. I had to call the store and tell them I either returned the tv or they dropped the Geek Squad charge...which they did.

Poor communication

Geek Squad agents have no clue on product delays, appointment schedule or anything related to the order. The service rep just blamed the issue on their systems..haha..

Not worth it

The guys refused and said that would be extra charge. Such a ripoff.

Better know how to do it yourself...

I called to make appointment and was told he would return, but he will charge me another $85.00! I had to mount it myself...

Poor knowledge of technicians

Awful!!!!
