Easy to change water bottle

Disappointed customer

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first machine that I got didn’t work so they had to send me another one (the cold water didn’t work). The second machine that Primo sent me also didn’t work the right way but it was a hassle to return yet a second machine. Another reason why I didn’t return it is because the cold water does work, although the room temperature water also comes out cold, and the hot water dispenser stopped working after 3 months. Overall I do not recommend this machine at all, it was quite pricey for it to be so defective.

It's an OK dispenser but came with scratches

Be also aware that it only delivers cold and hot water, not ambient.. although you could turn off hot water and that would be your ambient temp, but not all three. Overall I didn't like it so ended up returning it.
