    It is a good machine overall but this one has "cold" water that actually really doesn't get that cold at all, basically it's just room temperature!!!

      Our machines should be uch lower than room temperature on the cold side. If you are within the return policy, and the unit is not damaged, the store of which you purchased it at will give you a refund. Otherwise, we have a strong warranty program. To take advantage of our warranty program, please give us a call so that we may research other options.     The dispenser is ok for the price and does its job. The bad part about it is that it keeps dripping water out the spout once your done getting water. Alot of wasted water.

    Purchased this for small office. I have to say I hate the design. Changing the water jug is a super pain and not sanitary. Wish I had purchased a top loading one.

      Hello ATSSG, We hope you are having a great day. Thank you for reaching out. I’d love to help you find a solution to this issue. Let’s try to get you fixed up!  
      If you have not tried it, turn off switches on the back and unplug your machine. While the machine is turned off and unplugged, dispense about 4 cups of water from the hot dispenser. Then, plug the machine back on and turn on only the red switch. Allow one 15 minutes for the unit to heat the water before checking the temperature.  If it does not fix it, we will need to look at other options. You can either respond here or you will need to call customer service

    I have to return this product at the store. After a couple of days use, it started leaking. I can't find the source of the leak but since it is still within the return period, I went ahead and brought it back to the store.

    We purchased this water cooler about 10 months ago. It worked perfect for about six months, but then started to dispense water slower and slower. Now, it takes about a minute to dispense a 20 oz glass of water.

    I bought this to save some money on water, if they add water filter for that price that would be awesome,so you don't have to run to fill up water over and over.

    Product worked well for a few months then water flow started to decrease. Now it takes so long to fill a glass of water, it is useless and not used. Could not find any removable part to replace or clean to increase output

      Since this unit is fairly new, the tap actuators may be misaligned. For instructions on adjusting the tap actuators, please follow this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ZV36EQnj4A.     I would give this item a 0 if that was an option. The item was all scratched up and it was defective. When the water comes it it makes a loud noise and in general makes a lot of noise. I’m going to have to return the item.
