I bought this bottle water for my home, and I was so disappointed with everything, I would not recommend this to anyone.

Great bottom loader water cooler -- we had used the Sparkletts model for probably 5 years or so, and while it was great, those bottles and cooler rental fees steadily climbed over the years -- finally switched to purchasing our own cooler and filling our own bottles -- read a lot of reviews of different models, and for the price, this model was a good choice -- we got the 2-year Geek Squad plan on it, just in case, since that is always a good bet with any electronics over $100 or so (in my opinion) -- works well -- cold water is COLD -- motor when dispensing water is actually pretty quiet -- LEDs on the front indicate when it's cooling or heating -- LED for power, and red light for when the bottle needs to be changed -- swing door to swap the bottles is sturdy, and there is a little hook to hang the hose on while you change out the bottles, which is nice -- Reason for the 4 stars is the noise level when it's cooling or heating the water (which is no big deal for us since we have it in a corner of the kitchen that is away from the rest of the house) -- also, no "night light" (our Sparkletts model had that) -- can't dispense "one-handed" (our Sparkletts model had a lever you could press with your finger while holding the cup -- this model has dispensing buttons up on the top -- so, technically, you can still "one-hand" it by placing your cup on the stand under the dispenser, and then pressing the button -- last, the dispenser is a little lower to the ground -- I'm short, myself, but I have to kind of crouch down with my cup to place it under the dispenser (where the Sparkletts model was perfect height) --- again, these are kind of nit-picky items and might not bother others -- but overall, great machine -- recommended for the price!

This is the best water dispenser that I have come around for my money. I had several water dispensers over the past several years and had not seen a more practical one. This water dispenser has never fail on providing cold or hot water when needed. I am very satisfied with this water dispenser and hope I don't have to buy another for a long time. Rob

I'm really happy with this water dispenser. I haven't had any issues so far, which is great. I really like the fact that I can turn on/off the hot and cold water. I keep the hot water on for tea and I have the cold water turned off because I like room temp water. Buying 5 gallon water jugs (and refilling them) is so much simpler than buying 32 packs of individual bottles from Sam's.

Love the design for this water cooler. Easy to clean. Simple to use and no issues within the last few years. We use this heavily !!

Its not the best one in the market, but a descent one. Makes a humming noise occasionally when the compressor kicks in. The empty bottle indicator light occasionally works/doesn't work whatever, no big deal. I regularly check the water level in the 5 gallon container. Bought an extended warranty just after hearing people complain that it fails after several months. I never used the hot function, so can't comment on it. Never turned on the hot switch behind it.

Great water machine! Highly recommend! You can also purchase the bottles from Walmart and lowes.

Did not work more than 2 years. Replaced due to water overflowing. Replaced one had issues not pumping water after 1 year.

Love my primo water dispenser. I called customer service to have a price match (sam'sclub). I ended up paying only $139. 69 including taxes.

I don’t know why I never returned this thing. The button for room temp Water never worked. This thing is louder than my fridge! I turn it off at night because the noise would drive me nuts. I tried tightening the screws and putting heavy things on top so it would stop making all the buzzing noise— nothing helps.

Very good one. Cheaply made little bit. But the price is awesome.

Purchased first PRIMO water dispenser so many years ago, I honestly cannot recall how old it was before it finally stopped working: maybe 7 years? Replaced that dispenser with a new PRIMO unit. Junk...absolute junk. Door keeps opening. Grill falls off constantly. And now the hot water heater stopped working. I say "junk." Never again

We purchased this in May 2019 and had used it daily in our home. The hot water never worked from day one, but we only wanted for cold anyways, so whatever right? It worked wonderfully, until last week. I started noticing water on the floor and assumed my family was spilling it! But kept noticing water, but could not find a leak in the water compartment. Anyways, today the pump died! Nothing! We replaced it with a new Primo top loader, as we don’t want to be without for weeks!! I’m curious to see what Primo does with the broken one. It’s still under warranty!!

Bought this for pantry. Had to install outlet to plug in. Hot water never dispensed, so decided to keep the thing for just cool water. Then cool water stopped dispensing. THANK GOD bought warranty. Online would not take it back. Best buy would not credit my Best Buy account- just store credit... Had to haul this big machine in. Too bad otherwise it is beautiful to look at like a decoration in custom home...

Dispenser worked great at first. After 10 days the motor gave out. Ten days! Nozzle was also peculiar as it didn't seem to easily fit over some water bottle lips. Best Buy was very gracious and returned the item without worry. Looking to go back to a gravity-fed option. One less thing that can break.
