This movie has something for everyone. It appeals to children with the storytelling aspect. It appeals to women with the romantic element. And it also attracts men with the ongoing sword fighting/revenge scenes.

No matter what age or genre of movies you like this will appeal to everyone! It has suspense, action, comedy & a beautiful love story all in one. This is my all time favorite movie! Nothing will ever come close! A perfect family movie!

who doesn't love this movie? it INCONCEIVABLE that anyone could or would. if you haven't seen it, do yourself a favor and pick it up now. My parents love it and my kids love it, great entertainment for everyone

Classic film at a discounted price; how could I say no? I'm sure with streaming these will become obsolete but I like having it up on my shelf all the same.

This DVD is high quality of a great classic family story. I enjoy it most because it can be watched with everyone from infants to senior citizens in the room. No need for parental controls, yet everyone loves it.

The Princess Bride is a classic. Must see for all! The best scene is "to the Pain" Great for all personalities. If you like romance, action, revenge, drama, comedy, and a plot twist then this movie is for you! Also go read the book.

I have enjoyed this movie over the course of the last 30 years and the style of comedy. There are quite a few lines that people still use today that were taken from the movie. Also, any movie with Andre the Giant has to be good.

I was excited to finally own this all-time Classic on Blu Ray - owned the VHS and DVD versions for years, but this amazing movie deserves to be watched on a better format - fun extras, too!!

I watched this movie many years ago with my daughter. I loved the fact that there was no cussing. Its a movie that can be enjoyed by the whole family. It's just one of those timeless classics that can be enjoyed thru many generations

Inconceivable, it was that I didn't already own this movie, but I was captured by the Dread Pirate Roberts for awhile after determining that the man in black with six fingers had actually stolen it from me.
