I adore the movie itself and highly recommend everyone watch it; its one of Miyazaki's best works! The reason for the 4 stars is because the copy I had purchased arrived in a broken case, requiring me to return it. However, the return was easy and Best Buy quickly refunded my money.

This is one of my favorites, and I'm glad it's on Blu-Ray now! Excellent release and nice that it matches all my other Disney-released Ghibli films. A must-have for your collection!

I've been holding off actually buying a copy, hoping for a copy that came with a digital version. Finally broke down and just bought it. Love this movie, and great price.

A classic Ghibli movie, a little more targeted to adults/teens than kids as far as content and themes. Personally among my top 3 Ghibli movies...but its hard to choose.

A wonderful introduction to Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli and really just anime in general for fantasy movie fan. Really happy with the price I was able to pick this up for.

this is the movie that introduced me to and made me fall in love with anime. very colorful and interesting characters and setting. will keep you interested from beginning to end.

I saw this movie a few years ago and had to have it for my miyazaki collection. The Blu-Ray is much better than DVD quality, plus I love the extra features that it comes with.

Wonderful storyline and beautiful artwork. This movie has a very special place in my heart. I have seen it hundreds of times and will never get sick of it.

Of all of Hayao Miyazaki's films, this has long been my favorite. Great action, amazing visuals, and a rich world makes this a must-watch for viewers of any age.

My daughters lost the first copy. This was purchased as a replacement. The dual format disc inclusion allows me to keep the Blue-ray and my daughters get the DVD.

This Studio Ghibli film isn't as family friendly as the other movies they make. The movie has great animation and story and watching it on Blu-Ray makes it that much better.

This movie is very long but it’s not boring. It’s interesting and overall great. Kinda graphic on the head chopping.

I highly recommend any of the animated films by Studio Ghibli. The graphic and animation styles are superb, while the story lines are interesting and thoughtful.
