Im not a rech person but my new laptop and new printer was not making connection. the tech helped me to achieve my connection for both item are noe working

The Representative has serviced other items in my home, and once again, he was able to fix the problem, and as before, he explained the issue and what he needed to do to fix the issue. That's one of the things I appreciate most about this representative, in addition to being professional he always keeps me informed.

I needed the Geek Squad to help get my printer back online following a significant storm. They were both pleasant and personable and their demeanor made me glad to welcome them into my home. They did a great job of solving my printer issues with their knowledge. I would welcome them back any time if I had issues that required Geek Squad help.

geek squad services, very fine job great knowledge on the job. As a customer all my question has been answered by the Geek squad service agent. my computer system has been hacked by one hackers and ask me to give them$580.00 so they will give me the protection of my computer system, I paid them but instead my computer system was hacked and all my files were gone and deleted. I went to Best Buy here in Mira Mesa San diego, all my files has been recovered and my computer still run like brand new. Thank you Geek Squad you guys are best.

Agent was able to determine the problem with my printer connection and fix it. This agent was very good but I had to pay extra to have him come out and fix my printer problem. Geek squad by phone was useless and they actually disconnected the printer.

I had been having trouble with my printer 4 to 5 times in the last two years and two Geeks showed up check it out my set up between the two of them. They came up with the same reason what was wrong and it is working fine now. Hurrah to both of them.

The agent I spoked to while trying to get my printer to work by remote was very patient and knowldedgable but I was unable to successfully follow his instructions and instead set up an in-home repair, which we were finally able to accomplish. His accent made it hard for me to understand, but the in-home was finally scheduled. I really appreciate his help and especially his patience with this very senior woman.

Luis is the best. Had my printer problem fixed in a very few minutes. I told him I wished he could fix TV's too. He ask what was the problem I was having with my TV, I told him, handed him the hand control, he fixed that also in a very few minutes. He is the best. Even left his cell number incase I had another problem.

The service rep was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing and he fixed the problem completely !

Service tech was on top of our problem. Took care of it Been working correctly since then.

Matt Hodas installed my new TV and removed the old one and also handled a printer problem - he did have helper with TV - do not have helpers name. Matt did a superb job handling the problem with the printer and also excellent service with the TV. Keep these good fellows.

Agent connected new router to 3 router expanders previously purchased from Best Buy. He also made sure that 3 TVs, a laptop and printer were also connected.

I have never had to call the Geek squad for a home visit but our power went out and my Epson 2800 ET printer went out. Normally, I can reset it and I tried everything, including uninstalling it but could not get it to work. The nice young man came out on a Sunday and he got it to work. Something about my printer being connected to the WIfi but my Microsoft program driver couldn't figure it out. Glad he could.

Printer reconnected successfully after 2 home visits, however scanner connection dropped off during process. Awaiting Geek Squad remote assistance now

This was the first time I ever used Geek Squad. The tech's were very professional and thorough. They took their time to try and fix the issue. When there was no fixing, they offered their professional advise. I would recommend using them if you just can't get a resolve from the online chat.
