MY Printer and speakers were set up correctly in less than 10 minutes

The day I was scheduled for Printer setup and troubleshooting was immediately following a significant snow storm. Travis was diligent in keeping me informed about his schedule and potential arrival time. He arrived as predicted. He was respectful of me and of my home. He was knowledgeable and verbally kept me informed about what he was doing and the features and use of the printer. He accomplished a lot in a very efficient manner.

One of your Geek Squad guys came to my home. His name was Richard. I am astonished at his knowledge and professionalism. His fixed the problem completely and explained many things to me regarding the settings that may have been the cause of the problem. This was the first time I have had to use Geek Squad and had them come to my house. I couldn’t have been more impressed. 5 stars to Richard and the team. Thank you!

My printer was fixed in about 5 minutes, by the Geek Squad Tech. I mistakenly bought the wrong fine ink cartridges and they got stuck in the machine, and I couldn't get them out without breaking the printer. Now I have the correct cartridges and it's working just fine

The Geek Squad crew is number one again. My office looked like the operations center for HP printers and a couple of computers thrown for good luck. The online assistance team did their best, but I still couldn't get my computers to talk to the printers. Mishia and his handy assistant flew into action and in no time at all they had isolated, identified, and resolved the issues. I canceled my home appointment with the Ames Geek Squad because I was able to resolve my issue with my printer myself. I had a live person on the phone to cancel the appointment and refund the money to my Best Buy credit card.
