My Computer and printer would not connect to the Internet, in spite of the rest of my devices connecting. I had just moved. They quickly resolve the problem and save the day. They were awesome!

He was great, extremely knowledgeable and printer working within 5 minutes.

The individual did a great job... He took on the challenge of solving my pc issues and solved multiple issues for me. The biggest one was that I had just bought a new printer and could not get it to work. Rahul Singh was the tech rep dealing with my PC issues, and he came through like a real professional which I believe he is.

The agent was punctual fast and set up my printer and computer.

On two occasions when I have used the Geek Squad in my home, the service was outstanding. The first service was computer related; the second was related to solving a set-up problem with a new printer. Each time, the representatives gave such professional service, and their expertise was excellent. The cost for each visit was reasonable, and the scheduling was easy and the appointment was set in a reasonable time frame.

The Agent was amazing. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He explained what was happening and why it was happening. He also gave me info to stop it from happening in the future. Great experience.

Everything is resolved! The Geek Squad Agent arrived on time and fixed the issue and a couple of other road bumps I was experiencing with my new computer.

Hello, I'm a elderly lady. The gentleman was very patient with me, he resolved all of the issues with my printer, and let me ask questions after question after question and he never complained.

My printer stopped working, and no matter what I did, I could not fix the problem. I called Geek Squad, and they sent someone out to help me. Jesse gave me a time, and was here when stated. He quickly reviewed the situation, tested the equipment, figured out the problem, and fixed everything within 10 - 15 minutes. What a lifesaver. Can't thank him or the Squad enough.

Nam fixed my printer issue easily and offered guidance should I have a problem again.

John Achatz and an associate were able to get my printer back and running again. They were also able to get our television back up and able to view. They checked all four televisions to make sure they were operating correctly. They were very nice and helpful.

Printer works great. Hats off to the Geek Squad crew for hooking it up and making sure everything works
