HP Printer Set Up

Set up required an app and I don't use cell phone service. (Phones are for talking and not for staring at day long). His help was necessary for me to be able to use the printer purchased at Best Buy. //JEH/jeh//

On-line service was tremendous!

The on-line member (sorry, I forgot his name) spent over a hour with me (due to slow internet connection) and got my interface working with my PC. I have never had anybody be so through and patient with me. Very impressed.
