The Geek Squad technician was personable, knowledgeable, on time, and worked quickly to solve my printer problem. He took time to show me things and to explain anything I asked, I was very pleased.

Justin checked my printer and determined that the black ink cartridge had dried from lack of use. I purchased a new cartridge, and it is working fine. Thank you!

The Geek Squad agent did a great job connecting my new printer to my desk computer.

Marco came to the rescue when my printer decided it didn’t like the last Microsoft update on my laptop…both the printer and laptop are less than a year old but a tad finicky and not sure why they stopped printing…Marco had me up and running in 20 minutes…glad I’m a Total Tech customer.
