So glad I did. An appointment was set up, the technician showed up, he tried a few things, asked great questions and BAM! two weeks later it was confirmed that my fax was indeed working. Several attempts on the receiving side showed "fax not connected," then one day I went to check on it, and there was a new fax received. Thank Goodness for small miracles.

Geek Squad restored my printer’s ability to print!

Geek to the Rescue !!!

She installed a new Lg Dvd writer and found away to bridge my old tech with New and Found a New printer and Scanner , that will be installed on my next appointment . I highly recommend the Geek Squad Great experience !!!

I was unable to get my computer and my printer synced, he was able to solve my issue in a few minutes.
