The printer had a message that stated it was unable to print because cartridge needed replacement. Put new one in and did not work. Geek Squad came out and determined that fault was with the off brand cartridge that I got online at the recommendation of Computer Club. It was faulty and Geek Squad support found out and the problem was easily fixed. They were terrific.

The agent quickly corrected the problems with my printer.

Geek squad came to my house and set up my printer, ops check it to ensure it worked properly. Then tied all my blue tooth devices to operate with the printer! Was very satisfied with the service and would recommend using it to install new devices in your home. Kevin the agent was very knowledgeable and considerate on our inquiries.

We thought we might have an issue in installing our new printer so I was on line to set up an appointment as my husband was initially struggling. The sales person was going to make an appointment but there was nothing available for several days so we decided to leave the store without an appointment. The ease of making the appointment from home was great as I am a Total Tech Member. However, after we had the printer up and running for a few days, I decided to cancel the appointment which was not easy on line. Finally had to call,

Larry (our agent) was on time, he checked all devices that would talk to the printer & ran them all several times to make sure they worked properly! He was most friendly, explained all & tutored us on the functions we would be using. He also explained how to detect most SPAM & what to do in case of them!

The Geek squad employee came to my house and examined the printer connections to my desktop and laptop, located in two different areas of the house. My printer was operating erratically, sometimes printing when I had not requested any prints. The employee was able to ensure operation and coordination among the parts. He was very knowledgable and efficient.
