Unresolved Repair Issue
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After waiting a week for the scheduled appointment day to arrive, I received an automatic text stating the technician was enroute, and would arrive within 30 minutes on the scheduled day (around 12;00pm). At approx. 4:00pm that day, I received notification that the appointment had been cancelled, and that I could log in to schedule another appointment if desired. When I called in, the person could not provide any reason for the cancellation. I rescheduled the appointment, but the next soonest appointment would be another 3 weeks, and there was no availability sooner than that. I expressed my disappointment with this, but scheduled it anways. I asked to have a Supervisor call me to discuss this issue. I was advised that a Supervisor would call me within an hour. The following day, I called back in to speak with a Supervisor. I was never transferred to a supervisor, but after explaining the history and my frustration overall up to this point, the person I was speaking with was able to reschedule my appointment to the next day. The next day, the Technician showed up on time, and communicated with me from the time I was notified that he was on his way until the time he arrived. After about an hour of troubleshooting, the Technician was unable to determine the cause of the problem or identify a resolution. He said the only option was to purchase a new AI1 printer/scanner. I told him this was not an option, as this printer is only a year old, and I have $1,000 in new ink cartridges. I did not purchase this item from Best Buy like I usually do because it was not in stock. I did contact Best Buy GS for the repair because I've been a loyal customer for several years and have always had good results with the GS in the past. My frustration is not necessarily with the Technician, but rather the lack of being provided with a "next step" of what to try rather the simply replacing the device. I have contacted an Authorized HP Repair Facility in hopes that they can identify the problem and make the necessary repairs (what I hoped GS would be able to do).

paper Jamming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the printer is ok if it would just stop Jamming up in the paper area so far the printing is pretty good when it comes to color. excellent the first evening had to call the geek squad to find out how to put the paper into the tray, one thing it could have better instructions on how to load the paper tray.
