Bike is great, store not so much. Best Buy advertises a price match guarantee that's nothing but lip service because of all the exclusions.

Had some issues with the fan, it made a very loud knocking noise-had to call customer service since it was only 2 days after installing. Pro Form replaced console.

They must have fixed the assembly directions because it was easy to put together.

Proform fails-Best Buy WINS

I recommend you do the same. This bike was purchased to help my wife with her at home rehab after she had both knee replacements (6 months apart). We purchased this in February 2023 and it went bad in June 2023. Resistance failed to work properly. Proform does their own service repairs the 1st year of warranty. Long story short....Proform was very unhelpful when we had issues of parts back order. We only wanted the bike replaced so that my wife could continue the therapy. They declined on numerous contacts saying it had to go through the repair process. A full 3 months later correct (after incorrect parts and another bad eddy unit was sent) a good part came and the bike was repaired but 3 months lost on home therapy is unacceptable. If you read this review please understand that my issue is with the manufacturer Proform NOT Best Buy. Best Buy stepped up to the plate and tried to help me get this issued resolved. When Proform would not-Best Buy made this bad situation into a POSITIVE outcome. Thank you Best Buy!

The description of this product was spot on and was simple to assemble. The delivery guys were great, arrived on time and placed the box where I needed it. Well they were right! It took for ever to receive the bike. I assembled it by myself and that didn’t take too long. I set the bike as directed on the instructions. I received a message stating that the bike was unlocked and enjoy. Well that never happened. The resistance on bike stayed hard even if it was on #1 or #22 setting. Customer service told me that the motor had to be changed. I replied on a brand new bike. I told them I was going to return it asap.

There was an issue with the seat adjustment but didnt find out until after we built it. Luckily she is short so no seat adjustment needed.
