It was installed quickly and efficiently. The learning curve to utilize the bike was easy as well. I recommend this bike as a 9/10 times for anyone looking for a starter or intermediate bike.

But, it didn't work properly right out of the box. It seems to be a bad resistance motor and wiring. It doesn't change resistance and the the time only seems to count when using i-fit. This is the second item that I've purchased from Best Buy that I've spent hours putting together to only have it not function properly. I'll probably return this like I did the other product because the manufacturer will only want me to spend more time taking it apart and trying to fix it. Or I'll have to wait for parts. Maybe it's just chance that this has happened twice, but I shouldn't have to do this with newly purchased equipment.
