    I’m 5’3”. I moved the seat closest to the pedals & they were still too far. The seat is too hard and slanted back w/o any back adjustments available.

    I don’t suggest anyone buy this bike at no fault of Best Buy it came damaged from the company that make it and just to get it repaired was a hassle and run around from proform until I just had to refund it giving this 1 star is to much

    Unfortunately, set-up recumbent bike was never used because it was wobbly, never level on floor. Although I paid for installation, I could never get an in home appointment to have it adjusted so it was returned to Best Buy.

    Trash. Came with a busted reed switch and customer support is just terrible. To top it off I have to rent a truck to return it to Bestbuy. Looks Like I got a $450 coat rack and I think I am done with BestBuy.

    Peddle came off. I thought it was a good deal but other than that it works pretty good. I could exchange it but it was shipped. Best has great customer service. They sent someone out in 2 hours

    Only used this bike for like 2 weeks and one of the paddles felt off, worst part i paid 299 for "profecional" installation!
