    The delivery was delayed! I waited all day only to find out they made me reschedule for a week later. The next week the delivery went well, but the treadmill was broken and wouldn’t incline. The bracket to the display had a broken piece as well.

    Received treadmill, delivered using a 3rd party agency. Of the two delivery guys, one had his mask on his chin, one had his nose uncovered. Didn't start out great. Once I starting putting the treadmill together I found the right upright was *warped*. It didn't mount properly to the base, and when I finally jammed it in the top doesn't align and I can't properly mount the control panel. Even better. Then, just for fun, I plugged it all in to maybe save a second service call and the panel gets no power at all. Super. Now I have to contact Pro Form, hopefully get them to send a replacement panel *and* upright without having to repack the whole treadmill (at 200lbs, not so easy to do), wait for the parts, then try again. Best case over half a month after purchase I still can't use the thing I paid half a grand for. Completely unacceptable. Very unhappy with the purchase.

    Never got a chance to use it turned it on and it was making noise then the belt bunched up and folded over... couldn't get an exchange or no one to come out and fix it.... Plus you dont need ifit to activate

    Came broken. Belt twisted off after 2 weeks. Been fighting with BestBuy to send replacement treadmill even though under 15 day return policy.
