I was pretty upset that the interface comes locked and you can’t even turn it on until activating it on their website, which their activation process requires you to sign up for the free trial and asks for a credit card number before it will unlock it.

I had this treadmill for about 35 days. The treadmill was delivered with a missing arm rail. The belt kept sticking causing a jerking motion if you were walking. The belt didn't jerk when you were running. ProForm went over 30 days without sending me the arm rail and I can't get anybody on the phone. They have terrible customer service. I'm very disappointed because I thought this was a good company, but NO!!

Product was defective (belt speed goes fast slow fast slow). Manufacturer says they will send out part to repair it, but doesn’t know when they will be back in stock. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with BB support only to get transferred three times and eventually disconnected. I ordered on March 31st, and I still don’t have a working treadmill on May 15th. Not acceptable. Highly suggest another retailer and brand.

The treadmill was useful but it stopped working after a few months.

Stoped working a month after we got it and every time we emailed the company we never got a response. There was no number to call for help. So now it’s just money wasted.

I live on the 3rd floor in the building. it may cause to much noise If I buy this?

I ordered this treadmill after spending a few weeks trying to decide what to buy. When I purchased it it came to about $650. I wanted a decent treadmill..:not super fancy but at least pleasant to walk on. Here is everything I don’t like: 1. The foot board thing is way too far up on the treadmill. I cant hold onto the handles without kicking it. I’m not that tall I’m about 5’5 I should be able to hold onto the heart rate sensors without kicking it but not possible. I don’t even have long legs! 2. The Heart rate sensors don’t work properly. For example I can hold it 3 different times in a row and have a change of 30 each time! 3. The handles are uncomfortable to hold on the sides. Are They even handles? 4. Feels very cheaply made. All the pieces are so cheap you can tell. I feel like for what I paid it should be better. I would have just bought like a $300 treadmill if I knew it would be like this. The delivery from Best Buy however was excellent and on time. Wish I could return but already assembled at the top floor of my house :(

I got this treadmill few days ago and after assembly I started to get static shock when I touch the bar for the heart rate monitor or any thing in the handles. I need help please. We did everything right.

The machine keeps tripping the circuit breakers (50% of time) Talked to service and they recommended an arc filter. Ordered one and was promised 3-5 days. Its been 2+ weeks and still no part. After contacting the service 3 times I finally received a note that the part had been delayed but no estimated delivery. They had already charged my card which is bad policy.. should not charge until the part is shipped like most companies. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
