Had it for about 8 months and the belt started to rub. It somehow became misaligned and started making noise. The belt frayed and is no good. Also takes FOREVER (From the movie The Sandlot "FOORRREEEVVVERRRRRRRR") to start up. If you are look for a treadmill to just turn on and start running, keep looking because from the time you get on to when it starts moving, it takes at least 3 to 4 minutes.

It took three hours for installation. So glad we didn’t try to do it ourselves. This was with two Best But installers. They also didn’t put the boots on the bottom so wiring is exposed. You have to do this before you set the screen up. The geek squad spent an hour getting it hooked up to the WiFi so we could use the free Ifit. Overall an extreme hassle and I would not buy again.

If I could give no stars I would. This treadmill gets stuck on the loading screen more than it works. I’ve had it a little over a year and it’s basically broken.

The console/tablet is a garbage. Occasionally it is white screen and eventually it is completely blacked out after 3 years. The part for the console is $519 and the tablet itself is $309. Crazy price for parts replacement, not to mentioned the $159 home visit for just 5 minutes. The tablet is a disaster, it was slow even when it was new. I wish I only bought an old style treadmill without a tablet.

I just received today and I would say this is an average treadmill.
Bestbuy delivery guys were great though.
It is nice due to size. It is compact for room if needed but large enough to get a good sweat going.
For me what made this an average treadmill was some of the poor workmanship on the treadmill parts. IE, flimsy parts, some of the powder coating on the metal came off upon touching the treadmill, and also, some of the metal holds in some of the parts were cut incorrectly and so I could not screw on the bar to hold up the treadmill.

Ordered the Carbon T10 because of the 3 years of iFit and their HIIT machine was decent. I received a machine that would not work. I paid for the extended warranty and installation. I had to replace a console and now waiting for another part simply to try to get the machine working. While I appreciate the willingness to send me new components, having to do the service myself to get something working that should have been working on purchase is really annoying. Even more annoying is that they don't provide videos on how to fix the things they make you fix yourself.
