    Great treadmill hindered by poor software

    Disclaimer: I had a ProForm treadmill for years (~15+ years). The one I had prior to this, I've had since high school, but the incline broke (motor discontinued) and needed a replacement treadmill. That ProForm worked like a charm and felt another ProForm shouldn't have any issues. Pro: Treadmill feels great. The tread is very grippy with enough room to move side to side and front to back. The machine feels solid, it is hefty and will not slip or slide. Folding is a breeze and takes up minimal room, would be better if folded to full 90 degrees, but not a big deal. Cons: iFit. Initially I was able to start the treadmill without registering for iFit. I was able to do this through "Manual Start". After registering for iFit, that is when all my issues occurred. The load time takes longer than normal, starting the treadmill isn't simply hit start and go. You are at the mercy of iFit. I have to wait for iFit to load to even get to manual start option. As for iFit, it doe not load all the workouts/runs. When I scroll left to view more of the workouts, the screen blanks out and fails to load new workouts. Now when I finally get a run started, the treadmill doesn't move ( I thought with a trainer guided run, the trainer was set the pace, but it doesn't even move when I manually bump up the speed). I dont have a problem with WiFi with any of my devices in that room. If I just want to run myself or with my Pelaton app, I would manually set my pace. Everytime I try to enter the manual option, it errors out and says to pair a bluetooth device. TLDR; Treadmill built like a tank but buggy software.

    Best Buy Top Notch for Exercise Equipment installs

    Bought this to replace commercial NordicTrack after 5-years of use. This one is much smaller and less noisy, thankful. Best Buy made this super easy from order through install.

    This was the first treadmill i have ever bought and after a lot of careful consideration my wife and i decided this one best fit our needs/ budget. We were extremely pleased with it up to this point, but now, 1 month after the warranty has expired, the unit will not come on after all recommended reset/ troubleshooting steps. So after a painful process of actually getting to talk to a human (you have to register the product before you can even talk to someone, understandable i guess) now i’m told it is $174 for someone to simply come diagnose the problem, any actual work will be extra. As long as this treadmill lasts it will be great for anybody, i just question how long any will last or how long they are designed to last.

    Issuer with Android device

    Dont buy this machine. The problem is with android device comes with it. I changed the router password and i dont have a way to reset the machine on the device and kept almost 1 yr not using it.

    Out of the box the unit is not functioning as expecting. The unit keeps saying there is an update, spends 10 minutes downloading than fails. Features such as Bluetooth pairing are missing and iFit content does not load, it just spins. After spending 4 hours with this frustrating assembly I am not happy. Customer support does not exist, no phone number- just an email address. I am going to figure out how to return this.

    Ordered the Carbon T10 because of the 3 years of iFit and their HIIT machine was decent. I received a machine that would not work. I paid for the extended warranty and installation. I had to replace a console and now waiting for another part, which has taken over a week, simply to try to get the machine working as I should have been out of the box. While I appreciate the willingness to send me new components, having to do the service myself to get something working that should have been working on purchase is really annoying. Even more annoying is that they don't provide videos on how to fix the things they make you attempt to fix yourself.

    I purchased online for home delivery. I live on the second floor of a duplex. Delivery guys wouldn't take it up the stairs. Said it was too heavy. Called best buy and rescheduled the delivery with a 4 man delivery crew. Sat around all day and no one showed up.
